SPECIAL PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions of the promotion are as follows. In order to qualify for the promotion benefit, all of the following terms and conditions must be satisfied.

(3) Seller must mention this promotion prior to or at the time of listing.
(4) This promotion is being offered for new listings only and does not apply to anyone who has had their home listed in the past with Shereen Randazza or
has their home currently listed with Shereen Randazza.
(5) Listing period for the property to be sold must be for a minimum of six months.
(6) The list price assigned to the property at the time of listing cannot exceed 10% more than the most recent comparable sale.
(7) Promotion benefit shall be paid at the time of closing of the property.
